Climathon is an initiative of Climate-KIC, Europe’s biggest climate entrepreneurship programme. ECCI is currently delivering two Climate-KIC programmes – the Accelerator programme to support start-ups to develop a rock-solid business plan, and ClimateLaunchpad, the world’s biggest green ideas competition.

Dr Isabella Guerrini de Clair, Aurora Sustainability co-founder and a coach for the Climate-KIC Accelerator programme at ECCI, said: “We’re hugely excited to be bringing together Scottish innovators to drive climate action in our capital city.

“The exponential growth in the number of cities taking part in Climathons since its launch three years ago is testament to what an inspiring and timely event this is.

“If you have the skills, passion or insight to tackle our climate challenges and drive real change, get in touch today with your idea.”
