Eco-Innovation Mission to Hong Kong October 2016

08 June 2016

This mission will maximise the benefits of the University, HKCCI and the wider ‘team Scotland’ partnership contacts for participating SMEs. The aim is to create, enable and develop the pathway for innovative Scottish SMEs with low carbon products and services to displace existing ‘high carbon’ services. This trip wil include an introduction to the new HKCCI office at the prestigious Hong Kong Science Park and full access to ‘team Scotland’ staff from SDI, ECCI and BREScotland.

SDI and ECCI hosted two successful workshops in Inverness and Glasgow in May to announce and promote the October mission and these sessions were attended by over 70 organisations with 20 announcing their interest in joining the eco-innovation mission in October. Part of this mission will include a presence at the team Scotland/HKCCI stand and speaking roles at ‘Eco Expo Asia 2016’ one of the worlds largest eco- exhibitions.
