2nd Annual Meeting of the Scottish Climate Science Network

Following last years successful meeting in St. Andrews, this second workshop is aiming to connect researchers working in the field of climate science across Scotland. 

Organisers invite abstracts on processes and interactions of atmospheric, oceanic and/or land systems over timescales from months to millennia, from researchers affiliated with Scottish institutions. This year the event will include an afternoon sub-event on Climate Services for Scotland, including a stakeholder panel. Organisers welcome abstracts on Scottish-relevant weather and climate research for within this session.  Participants will have the opportunity to present their research, network, and make new connections to Scottish colleagues. The event is anticipated to cost £50, including lunch. Formal registration and payment will follow. Organisers will circulate a schedule closer to the time, but anticipate that the workshop will run 9am-5pm both days. There will also be a social event after the workshop on the first day. Organisers look forward to welcoming you to Edinburgh! This form will close 9th October.
