Climathon Edinburgh

Together we can help Edinburgh transform its city centre!

Join us in Edinburgh to help city officials, partners and citizens to explore how we can source and use data and information on how people experience the city centre.

Come with an existing idea, or come and work with an inspiring team to develop solutions. Experts and mentors will be on hand to support teams through the day.

Feeding into the wider city consultation about redeveloping the city centre to be people centred, reduce congestion and vehicle-borne air pollution, improve journey times by public transport, realise lifelong health benefits of active travel, and create public speaces that support city living.

Work with others in ECCI's inspiring and vibrant building at High School Yards, with energising food, drinks and chat available through the day.

Part of Climathon movement - originally a 24-hour hackathon designed by Climate-KIC, Climathon has since taken off as a global movement, engaging citizens on climate action—and providing cities with continued support on the unique challenges they face.
