Adaptation Scotland launches new guidance on how to adapt to climate change.
ECCI residents Adaptation Scotland provide advice and support to help Scotland be prepared and resilient to the effects of climate change.
This event marks the release of new guidance: ‘Scotland Adapts: A Capability Framework for a Climate Ready Public Sector’.
Developed in collaboration with a wide range of public sector organisations, the comprehensive new guidance advises public sector organisations on how to adapt to climate change.
The lauch event will include:
- an introduction to the Adaptation Capability Framework along with a range of supporting resources, tools and training
- interactive sessions to help understand and apply the new Adaptation Capability Framework
- panel session with leaders from across the public sector on ‘why adaptation matters’
- opportunities to learn from first-hand experience of adaptation in practice
