The Scotsman Publications have launched their annual Scotsman Green Skills Conference taking place at the COSLA Conference Centre in Edinburgh.
The event will be hosted by Professor Dave Reay, director of the Edinburgh Climate Change Institute and policy director of ClimateXChange.
