Andrew joined ECCI in October 2023 as a member of the partnerships team, working in partnership with the Improvement Service and alongside the Sustainable Scotland Network to support area-wide climate action across Scotland.
Andrew has worked in academia and consultancy for the last 11 years providing research and advice to local and national governments, public organisations, and the private sector on achieving Net Zero emissions. Andrew’s areas of research include economic modelling of local and regional climate actions and the science of urban sustainability. Andrew has taught at the undergraduate and post graduate level on the economics of climate action, carbon accounting, and urban climate economics.
