Prof Andrew Curtis

Professor of Mathematical Geoscience (ECCI Associate)

Prof Curtis's research develops novel ways to interrogate and image the Earth's surface and subsurface, and ways to assess concomitant uncertainty and risk. He also studies expert elicitation, bias and herding behaviour. He applies these fields to carbon capture and storage, amongst other energy transition technologies.

ECCI's Associates are leaders in climate change research, policy and practice in Scotland, the UK and globally. Find out more: ECCI Associates.
