Ruaidhrí works in the Climate Partnerships team on CO-BENS - a project aimed at quantifying the co-benefits and social impacts which result from the deployment of low-carbon technologies. The project aims to improve the visibility of the positive impacts of climate action, alongside providing a stronger economic case for investment.
Previous areas of research include modelling emissions reductions across the buildings and land-use sectors, as well as techno-economic assessments of net-zero technologies. He has experience in data analysis/visualisation, spatial analysis and earth sciences. He received his undergraduate degree in Physical Geography from the University of Leeds and is particularly interested in addressing issues of inequality through interdisciplinary climate action.
