Andy Kerr gives evidence to Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee

ECCI Director Professor Andy Kerr was invited to give evidence on the Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill to the Scottish Parliament’s Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform Committee this week in his role as Director of ClimateXChange.

Andy highlighted to the Committee that the narrative on cutting carbon is changing and that investment in technology - reducing health costs and delivering local jobs while hitting environmental targets - will determine whether Scotland hits the targets set out in the Bill in the next 10 years.
