Emma is leading a project for the Edinburgh Climate Commission to catalyze the development of green skills in Edinburgh. Engaging cross-sector stakeholders, she is mapping the demand, supply, and strategic direction needed for the city to have the workforce needed to fulfill its climate ambition.
ECCI supports the development and delivery of the Edinburgh Climate Commission, which was was established in February 2020, bringing together key organisations and actors from across the city and from the private, public and third sectors.
Previously Emma worked in the field of homelessness policy. Working in public, private, and third sector organisations, she has been instrumental in evidence-based policy change at national and local levels. Emma is currently studying MSc Global Environment, Politics and Society at the University of Edinburgh.
