Killian works in the Scottish Climate Intelligence Service within the Climate Partnerships team to help local authorities build a better understanding of their emissions, ultimately driving policy efficiencies and climate action within Scotland.
Killian recently completed an MSc in Carbon Management at the University of Edinburgh before joining Mott MacDonald as a Carbon Management Consultant for close to three years. He has experience on a wide range of infrastructure projects from carbon accounting through the use of LCA tools to guiding clients in their path to net zero.
The Scottish Climate Intelligence Service (SCIS) works with all of Scotland’s local authorities to help deliver climate action at the scale and pace needed to deliver Scotland's Climate Change Plan.
The SCIS is being delivered in partnership by ECCI and the Improvement Service, jointly funded by Scottish Government and all 32 local authorities.
